Terms of Service

Two Page CV writes you a two-page CV to the Cornwell Method. Which package you are on decides how we get there: from the CV you send us, from that CV plus a guided interview, or from an interview alone where you have no CV to send. We give it our best effort, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, including interviews or job offers.

Where a package does not include the interview, we write your CV from what you send us and nothing else. We will not invent achievements, numbers or dates that your CV does not contain.

• You confirm the information you give us is truthful and yours to use. You are responsible for checking the finished CV before you use it.
• You will not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to produce misleading or fraudulent content.
• You must be old enough to work and to enter into this agreement.

Prices are shown on the site before you buy and include any tax that applies. You pay once, for the package you choose, and there is no subscription and nothing that renews. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Because your CV is written straight away, you are asking us to begin supplying digital content immediately when you buy. That means the 14-day right to cancel that normally applies to online purchases comes to an end once we start.

We offer a refund anyway. If you are not happy with what we produced, tell us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full to the card you paid with. Use the refund form in your account, or email us, tell us which package and roughly when, and we aim to sort it within one working day. You keep any CV we have already written for you, and your account stays open unless you ask us to close it.

Credits are for your own use and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Credits are also valid for a limited period from purchase - how long is shown with each package before you buy - and unused credits are lost when that period ends. Buying another package, or redeeming an access code, starts a fresh period. Anything we have already written for you stays yours to edit and download either way. Where a company has bought a block of packages for its people, the refund arrangement is the one we agreed with that company, not this one.

The Cornwell Method - the rulebook, the interview and the way we write CVs - is our confidential property. Your finished CV is yours to keep and use. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service or the Method.

This is an evolving product and is provided on an “as is” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may limit usage to keep the service running fairly for everyone.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on a CV it produces. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the menu in the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
